Job Description info for Call Center agent/customer service
Dear rebecca..
I try to share what sould agent do, in their call center activity : -Provide service on caller’s inquiries complains, problems and transactions coherence with agreed service standard and company policy -Do sales activity (activity to get caller to use bank’s other service or to purchase more product’ cross selling) -Reporting on all pending cases and provide necessary action to resolve any problem to the related unit/department if necessary. -At the maximum effort, try to solve all problem could be handled according to my capability. just for your information, our company line are Banking Call Center. Hope this information can increase your knowledge for call center job desc. u may updated due to your company based or kind of service that your company build. I also need information from u, if u dont mind, information for SOP (Standart Operation Procedur) sample used on CRC unit (Customer REsponse Center), outbound support for Call Center or some information based on flowchart, workflow for case escalation from call center to CRC and CRC to the related unit.
