Workflow for case escalate for Call Center ?
Dear all...
Please help me for some information, how to case escalated from Call Center Inbound to Complain Handling unit?, we call that CRC (Customer Response Center) unit, based on flowchart and also then from CRC to the related unit (based on what it case) until that case closed.
