Nortel Sympoisum Question
I am running a project to streamline one of our departments... having alittle problem understanding the reports area of Symposium.
What is the dffierence in a CDN/ Aplication/ or skillset report? Shouldn;t all of these be the same basic report as far as calls offered/ abandoned/ terminated/ et cetra??? Curious if anyone can shed light on this. I am trying to gain insight on specific calls coming into the department on the various lines they use- but was wondering if I should even be bothered with looking at CDN / Application reports??? |
