Incentive Measurement
Hi,
I am working in a outbound call center and i have been asked to formulate a incentive scheme for my reps. Can somebody help me with the parameters to be considered for the incentive scheme. Each project ( have @ 12) is unique and the productivity is different . could anyone help me with a spread sheet !!!

We are basically into Information based calling i.e calling and reminding payers( individual and companies) to pay up their dues . Resolution is sometimes low and we have to leave a lot of Voice mails . could you help
