Service excellent VS IT Security? Advice please...

hi all...

right now, i have to set up for call center for my company (banking industri), and i already finished to build it including SOP until human resources. Call center unit is new for my company but not for me, i try to give what my company management want, SERVICE EXCELLENT, that call center can attentive, afford for all what customer request.

when all (call center) ready to walk, hindrance/problem come for other unit, it come from our IT security data unit, they worried for customer data leakage hail from tripartite, just for your information, we used outsourcing company to setup this call center, including the agent, and i'm the person who in charge in this unit.

so, thats why our IT security fell it can be threat someday and coz of that thing, we (call center) can't go forward and stuck in that services.

dear all, how to solve this? does any of you have some opinion ? or already pass this problem in ur call center, can give me advice ?

Thanx a lot
regards..
