Staffing Model
Does anyone having a staffing model they can share or point me to... Im working in a call center that has a new workforce management group, and we have to scheduling software so everything is brand spanking new.. I need a spreadsheet that can help determain our optimal staffing by interval. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!
