Call center software

I'm doing research on the types of contact center solutions that small/medium businesses use (particularly real-time solutions that show agent status, calls in queue, etc) and the market interest in this type of software. If you have any opinions or know of any good articles that talk about this subject, feel free to share!

Call Center software

You need a good ACD and IVR. Most importantly VOIP.
I can show you somethings my company uses.
