Observations-on-Operations Interactive

Observations-on-Operations Interactive

The Observations-on-Operations Interactive segment is a variation of the regular Observations-on-Operations article found at http://www.callcenterops.com/newsletter.htm
_________

Often those in call centers think they have operational issues unique just to them. Generally, that is the furthest from the truth!
