Wrong Number
Hi everyone,
Just wondering what % of callers get through to your reps who have actually called the wrong number. I'm especially interested in this because we have an automated phone unit that states our name several times during the menu, and yet people still get through to us only to have us tell them they've called the wrong number. I'm guessing that maybe the prompts in out automated system need to be changed; any other ideas????? |
