I have been reading this article for a few months now and I have come across some interesting questions that involve data, email and backup solutions. I stumbled upon the newsletter while setting up a call center for tape backup and data recovery. After a substantial amount of time researching the industry I found that there is great deal of room for solutions that I provide in the call center. Solutions range from simple server staging to complete Disaster Prevention set up.
