time and attendance software

I am interested in getting feedback concerning systems others use for time and attendance recording- specific ones that work well with call centers?

Time and Attendance

I've looked at some in the past. I really liked Blue Pumpkin Software which combines workforce management and scheduling, etc-links to historical data from your switch. It also allows agent and supv's to adjust schedules, etc.

I used to use People Scheduler Plus-it was an old version and not very user friendly but if I remember correctly the price wasn't all that high for it.

Attendance policy

I work at a midwestern answering service in Michigan.
As shop union steward i have been asked to help find a way to address a problem we are having in our workplace. We have a benefit program that outlines sick days and the like with transitions to disability, but nothing to address attendance problems where allotted sick days have been used up. We need to develop an attendance policy that respects the union contract but outlines steps for discipline for those with attendance problems beyond established sick benefits.
Anybody care to share information on your attendance policy?
