Difference between recording ways
Hello Pros and Ops
Please give a advice to me on my some problem. I am searching for a call center recording server. Now we are using eALog server. but our company have many IVR so this server is recording all the IVRs because it's recording from the trunk. so i need a new way. I found out that there is a 2 way to record. From trunk and from lines (phones). I don't know that is there any other way. Anyway please tell me the difference between this two recording ways. and which one is better. My e-mail is byambadorj@mobicom.mn you can find information about our company from www.mobicom.mn Thanks |

Unified Technology
There are several unified systems that can be connected to your trunks and record calls by trunks or by user.
It would be difficult to help you consider what would work without knowing more about your infrastructure. |
