Real Time Callback Process - Any Suggestions
Can anyone help me on what is the best callback process that can be setup to handle them real time. Here is my problem... The job profile of an advisor expects them to callback the customer on atleast 4 out of 10 calls they handle. But I am being suggested to roll out a callback process where there would be dedicated advisors (say about 2-3 at any given point of time). So, how do I put a robust process in place where advisors on inbound provide callback data to advisors on callback activity.
Please Help !!! |
