Call Center in Romania or Eastern Europe

Hi guys,

I am looking for a reliable and cost effective outsourcer for a multilingual customer care. I need to support all major european languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian).

I understand a few providers in Romania are able to support this mix of languages.

Do you have any experience with romanian outsourcers?
Are there other eastern european countries I should consider?

I have spent a fair amount of time in Europe and understand the outsourcing community and requirements fairly well. There are a number of outsourcers that provide multilingual service across EMEA. Choosing one will depend upon your call types, volumes, and agent skill sets required and their specific experience in these areas. Most should have a good multi-lingual hub in cities like Barcelona, Amsterdam, or eastern block locations.
