Vital Basics is a national radio and TV direct response telemarketer. You can see our products at www.VitalBasics.com . We are now looking to use Spanish language media (radio/TV/print) to target the US Hispanic population. We are looking for a bilingual call center experienced with ‘soft-offer’ (no price is given in our advertising so that the telemarketing reps really have to be good sales people !) direct response sales - especially with the Hispanic market. I have been senior executive in an international call call center company. Recently, I have been exploring a targeted call center operation focusing on those companies needing primarily Spanish language support. The center will be in a suburb of Los Angeles, a predominantly Hispanic city. The operating costs would be low, givent the labor pool and location.

The capital for such a site is arranged depending on the acuisition of interested customers. Startup time is 90 days.

Thanks for the reply. We are currently in touch with several operations bilingual call centers that are now doing 'soft offer' (no advertised price) sales. At this time a start-up operation would be a possibility in the future when it has some experience.
