CMS Supervisor Hangs
We have been experiencing periodic system hangs which always involve the Avaya CMS Supervisor file “acsRep.exe”. We have noticed that the problem seems to have started when Microsoft Communicator 2005 was implemented. This problem was present in the 9.0 version and remained when we upgraded to version 14.
The question is has there been any reports of problems with these two programs? We have tried utilizing different computers and the result is the same. Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated. |
