Measuring Effectiveness of Forecast
I have completed a forecast for the number of reps required to meet our service level requirements. How would I measure the effectiveness of this forecast against previous days call volume?

measuring forecast
Hello,
At our center we use a intraday report that details the asa, aba, aht, holdtime, aux or wrap, and service level throughout the day based on the info in the report you can determine if you need additional agents (if sl is low or if aht or aba is high) or if you need less agents ( sl exceptionally high, low aht or low aba to none) Hope this helps.
