We have a soft dialler and I am currently investigating into why our answering machine detection is not as good as it could be. After initial investigation it appears that most of the asm being processed though to our agents come from landline phones, with this in mind non are personalised ones. In addition to the above 95 % that are passed to our agents tend to start with a beep. If anyone has any ideas or solutions we could implement within our business as a trial please reply
