Need for a Call Accounting Package
I am consulting with a client that has a need for a call accounting package that can track calls from three locations. It is a non-profit organization and they are looking for a reasonably priced solution. They currently have a small Toshiba DK switch at each location with appropriate outputs for the call data. Store and forward is OK as long as the data from all centers can be integrated easily.
Please let me know if you have heard of a solution that may work. Thanks!
