Out of the Box Thinking
As call center managers, we are continually being asked to do more with less, while at the same time, consistently exceeding customer expectations. This may require some real paradigm shifts. I'd be interested in hearing about "out of the box" actions that you've taken that have already produced some major gains in your call centers, both inbound and outbound.
