Dialer - Web Based or On Site
Anyone with suggestions for web based dialers? I loved the old E.I.S predictive. The Noble we had was more fluff then production oriented. We are 90% outbound - cold call. I need simple reporting and the ability to monitor via hand held monitor phone as I walk the room and coach my callers.

about the dialler...
the best option is to go for onsite dialler instead of going for the hosted dialler solutions.
