Screen Capture - corrupted files issue

Greetings,

has anyone ever come across an issue with screen captures and corrupted files. I've been told that this could be the result of network issues or reboot of a workstation. Can understand that occurring but not at the frequency of corrupted files. You basically have to blow away the corrupted file in order to review the call.

Any info anyone can share or advise where it may be found would be appreciated.

Regards,
Dan
