recreational area

Hi,

I'm a sales Manager for a Call Center that has 96 stations, I'm like the middle man between contracts and the center, how those effect not having a recreational area for the TSR's?....they don't have cafeteria, they just have a place where people can go eat when this company brings the food, this company is an outside company and we don't know at what time it's coming in to bring the food, I need some good reasings to demonstrate to the company how important this is, any comments would be greatly apreciated!!!
