Forecasting Text Volumes
Hi,
We're currently looking into using SMS contacts as well as calls and I'm trying to produce some kind of forecasting model around this. With no experience of text volumes this is proving a little difficult. Therefore if anyone has any thoughts on people's propensity to text compared with call I would be most greatful. Many Thanks, |
