Voice compression solutions

Hi,

I am currently looking for high quality low cost voice compression equipment for our call center. We previously used voice over ip as our solution but experienced many choppy calls and a lot of echo. Im interested in implementing a TDM solution but cost is an issue. I was wondering if anyone knows of good TDM compression equipment at a reasonable cost? Our call center is located in Manila Philippines and we need to bring calls from the U.S. here. I would appreciate any advice on this.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Bill

The Best Compression

Similarly we too had faced this problem. Later once we deployed Nortel passport based solution - its working excellent.

On a 64K Leased circuit - around 10 calls can be made with clearcut clarity. This truely magic one.

You aould chk with nortel on this.
