Call Center Metrics

Hello everyone!

My goal this year is to create call incentives for my staff, and I was curious if any of you could help me. What items in your call centers are you tracking, such as AB rate, overflow calls, avg talk time, calls received, etc? Do you have a tracking sheet that you would be willing to share with me?

Any help is much appreciated!

Thank You,
Lita
