Rate of Change of Contacts

Hi,

Does anyone know the formula of Rate of Change in Contacts while forecasting intervalwise calls. Currently we use IEX Total View and the automatic rate of change of contacts is not matching with the actual offered calls.

Regards,
KK

Do you have at lease 12 months of consecutive data? It is recommended that you have 36 months of data for each CT in order for rate of change to be calculated.
