Service Level Standards
I have a great deal of information in these forums and I am hoping that some of you are willing to provide me with the same level of information.
I am a new to my current organization and come from a large financial services call center and looking to benchmark Service Level for a smaller 30-50 seat medical industry call center. thanks for your help! |
