Erlang C Formula for Excel (Found It ...for free)

Thank you to everyone who treid to help me with this search.

I thought I would share the website I found for the Erlang C formula(s). This website contains an add-in to Excel that provides MANY Erlang formulas.

Erlang for Excel

Here is another completely free source of the Erlang formulas for Excel (called ErlangXLS):

It adds Erlang C and Erlang B to your Excel functions, so you can use them in your own spreadsheets to calculate Service Level, ASA, agent occupation, trunk load, etc.
