Setting up a call center in India

Hello There,

I am going to start an International Call Center in India and innitially it would have 25 to 30 seater but will be expanded upto 200 to 500 seater within 6 to 12 months. It will have inbound, outbound and collection process. I do have work experience in call center for 4 years but I dont have any idea for setting up a call center. I'd really appreciate if anyone can send me the details about the start up cost or the Executive Summary with projected (a) profit and loss (b) Break even analysis (c) Projected Cash Flow (d) Projected Balance Sheet (e) Projected Business Ratio.
