Hello All,
Is that a good idea to buy a call center franchise for a start up company as I am going to set up a call center in India. What could be the advantages and disadvantages for buying a call center franchise? Thanks Tali Toshi |

Hi Toli,
I have thought of the same endeavor of purchasing a franchise, but not in India. The ideal place to outsource telecommunication and be much more successful would be the Philippines, nothing against India and the people, but I have noticed a big difference between culture and accent, where Filipinos are more Americanized in culture and history background. Therefore the demand of quality and production is more promising, also the rate of establishing your own business will be more cost effective.
