Staffing Requirement for Email transactions
Does anyone have a calculation/formula for establishing a staffing requirement for an email only desk? A client is looking for a group of agents to manage all incoming emails within two hours of receipt and I need a starting off point for staffing. We normally staff for/manage inbound calls only so am looking for some advice on staffing for emails.
