Outbound Staffing Model
I am looking for a staffing model for an outbound call center. The requirement is that we make XX # of attempts over a 4 week period. I am making assumptions about contact rate per attempt. Does anyone have a good model they would be willing to share? Or know where i can get one?

Outbound Staffing Model
Are you using a dialer?
