Outbound Staffing Model
I am looking for a staffing model for an outbound call center. The requirement is that we make XX # of attempts over a 4 week period. I am making assumptions about contact rate per attempt. Does anyone have a good model they would be willing to share? Or know where i can get one?

Are you using a dialer?
How does your lead flow come in? Do you get a new list monthly or do new leads come in daily and you add those in with your existing leads? I may be able to help but, need some additional information. Please feel free to email me directly. gbush73@gmail.com
