Starting a Call Center Business

I apologize in advance if this is the incorrect forum for this inquiry.

I am in the beginning stages of purchasing a call center business, and I'm seeking a reliable source for due diligence on the industry.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

We've done some due-diligence work in the past for clients. If you're interested, take a look at the website www.mblaisdell.com and give me a call at (510) 865-4515 out in California.

I'd recommend either MCCNG at www.mccng.com or Bob Fletcher and Associates at www.bobfletcher.com. I've used both and have been very pleased with the results.

Starting a call center business

There are some good white papers out there on the future of call center technology and profiles on the future of the business.

Careful of buying space in the US, as most tier 1 and tier 2 markets are at or nearing saturation. I have a group that does domographic, facility, infrastructure analysis, and other front end leg work. This team is also capable of taking the call center all the way through the first call if you need help in doing so.

We have built over 2M sqaure feet of call center space in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other locations globally in the past 7 years.

I would be happy to try an point you in the right direction
