Insight to buying outsourced call center services
Hello:
I have an unusual request. I'm being courted by a nearshore call center to become their Business Development guy. I'm researching the industry and wanted to ask some open and honest questions to people who buy call center services. If you are a 'consumer' of outsourced call center services, I'd love your insights to the buying process you go through when seeking a call center--Where do you first begin collecting information about options? What do you look for most importantly--technology, relationship, agent quality, location? What would catch your eye if a Business Development Director from a call center were to prospect you? Any insights would be very helpful. I'm in the third level of interviews for this job and I'd really love some insider information from the 'prospective client' side before moving forward. Thanks loads, Sparkins |
