Some quick questions regrding cost and options

Dear Forum,

I am creating an online advertising company, and will need a small call center to sell my service. Our Center will not be receiving calls, rather we will be making calls to the USA in order to sell our listings. One question I have is can I simply use Skype to make my calls to the USA, or is there a better option? Also how much can I expect to spend per week in call is I have 5 people working 8 to 10 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week?

I would also like to eliminate the need for a call center someday, and use online comuters as my call center. I did contact some online comuters and most are looking to charge $15 to $20 an hour, this is to much. Especially with the fact that over 10% of the people in the USA are unemployed and will surely work for less. Is there a better way to contact the unemployed 10% of the USA?
