motivational presentation

I'm looking for Power Point Presentations ( or another kind if there are better options ) that I can use at meetings. I want to be able to teach our Supervisor Assitants how to motivate our agents.

For example: Following through with the dircection given by the assistant.

The Agents I currently work with know their job, do it well. But they don't seem to have any sense of urgencey. If asked to do a task that is something they do not do on a daily basis they tend to take their time, discover it's break time or find other reasons why they will get to in a minute or so. Probably more then motivation is a respect issue of the assistant.

I'm really interested in a PPT presentation that I could down load free.

Thanks for any help.

Just my opinion but I really doubt that any Power Point Presentation is going to change agent behavior toward your assistants.

As you have alluded to, there is a deeper issue than just motivation going on with your agents. Just a hunch, but you probably need to look closely at the perceived authority of the assistants and the number of ad hoc requests being given to the agents. Their behavior is indicating that either the requests being made are a lower priority than what they have scheduled or they are so overwhelmed with their job that you are just adding to the long list of things they already can't get done.

Feel free to call me to discuss in more detail.

Good Luck!
