Schedule Adherence
Hi everyone,
I work in a smaller call center as of right now, but we are rapidly growing and we are having a major problem with schedule adherence. People show up 5 minutes late and wonder why management asks them to call if they'll be delayed at all. Do any of you tie schedule adherence to your incentive structures? I would assume that you are using a management system if you are. Can you give me any advice? Thanks a lot. |
