H1N1 Pandemic Plan?

I'm curious to know what other contact centers are discussing regarding a possible H1N1 flu outbreak within their workforce. Are you considering modifying your attendance policy? Are you planning to treat it on a case-by-case basis? Are you planning on treating it just like any other flu? How about a business continuity plan?
