Staffing tools
Hello all. My name is Pablo Silbert and I work at a Call Center as a supervisor for a sales campaign. My question is if any of you know where can I download a freeware staffing tool (such as TCS calculator) that allows me to calculate staffing by agents, calls or erlangs.
Any help will be apreciated. Thanks in advance for your coments.
