Trainers in Vancouver, BC area
I'm new to the Vancouver, BC area, and I'm looking for recommendations from Call Center managers on training to which you've sent your supervisors.
Specifically I'm looking at
1) all communication skills (including empathy, listening, negotiation, conflict management - both workplace and customer, delegation, running meetings, presentation skills);
2) time management and organizational skills; and
3) inbound sales skills (CSRs are order-takers primarily).
The center is 24x7x365, so flexibility in offering courses is desired.
Who do you really recommend? What was good about the material and instructor? Did you do e-learning or web-seminars?
