what is the size of your call center, have you already set it up or planning to setup or half way thru setup, is your manpower in place, where is your center situated in india, do you have a predictive dialer & eCRM already or looking for that as well, do you have your IPLC in place, India end & US end hardware (i.e. Multiplexer, Switch, Router etc.). If an existing call center then what is the kind of work that you have already handeled / handeling in your center.
