forecasting % accuracy
I have been a forecasting analyst for only 2 years for a major corporation with 3 call centers in India and 1 in the United states. We average 390,000 to 425,000 calls per month. What is the acceptable accuracy percentage in the industry? Last year, overall I was .001 % over on the forecast for the entire year.
