try www.tarp.com it is a good site for measurements for call Centres. However the information available here is limited; it will be best if you can get a copy of the yearly Call Centre BIC report |

The Help Desk Institute has an open standard for assessing call centers that you can download for free at www.thinkhdi.com
Look for Site Certification. If you are a member of the HDI, there is also an assessment test you can use online.
