Professional Language (English and French)
Professional Language - we are looking for examples and reference material on the use of professional language during telephone interactions. Please include any examples you have of professional vs non professional language. This is not specific to any industry - what are your expectations of professional language with your reps. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
