Call Center Organization Structure

I would like to gather some information regarding the organizational structure of your customer service/contact divisions. How are you dividing the tasks and responsibilities of "sales/production" and "operations (having the right person in the right chair at the right time". What are your positions? How are they titled and what are their responsibilities? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
