Wanted : Call Center Execs for Research MBA paper

Hello all, I was a technical support excutive (call centre- USA). I am now finishing my MBA at the University of Aberystywth (United Kingdom, Wales).

I am doing my company project on the call centre sector. I would greatly appreciate anyone taking the time to speak with me, either on the phone (I would call from my phone int. of course) or via email.

I would like to 'interview' you and possibly mention your organization for my report. I would like to discover
- Culture- can/ how does a call centre change its culture to fit new contracts and needs?
- Burn out - How to conquer call centre burn out (tips, techniques)
- Pay scale - what incentives actually work to improve performance?

Etc.

If anyone is interested in this report, or participating please do not hestitate to email me at kelliroy@hotmail.com

Thanks for your time!
Kelli Roy
