Predictive Blended Dialer Selection

If you had a generous budget to buy a predictive blended dialer & your choices were Mosaix, Davox, devine, & Genesys- who would you choose & why?

We're a telco. For phase 1 I need it for our collection center which has 65 collectors doing in/outbound calling. I will also need it later for telemarking folks (outbound only) for about 25 pax. But that's phase 2.

Plse no other choices as 4 is enough.

I've had good luck blending with the Davox/Concerto dialer. I hope you're serious about your generous budget.

We've been using the Mosaix for over 5 years now after moving from a Melita/Eshare/whatevertherenameisnow enviroment. I can't say enough good things about Mosaix. The reason we went with them to begin with was because of the great support they provide, something that was lacking with Melita. We swapped out all of our Melita boxes for Mosaix and haven't looked back.

Each dialer has it's strengths and weakness, but none of them do very well if they're down and not dialing. Our box here, has not been down since March of 99. I think that says alot.
