Weak Ops Managers are Killing This Industry
I have been in this business a long time and have seen a serious decline in the operations calibre in the centers today.
This whole idea of BPO seems to have made for a lot of fancy letters and decline in overall operations quality. It seems most centers don't mind leaving the mistakes for the Quality to find than focusing on operations building error free systems. We have projects but are just getting very frustrated with the overall picture. |

I agree.
The more the BPO industry prospered, the more quality has suffered. Seven to ten years ago, I remember call centers only got the best and the brightest, the cream of the crop. Nowadays, standards have lessened significantly. I see a lot of people with mediocre skills and abilities in the industry. |
