NLP for communication

Has anyone utilized Neuro-Linguistic Programming theories in training call center reps to effectively communicate. If so, what kind of benefits have you seen? Also, what steps did you use to overcome the often 'esoteric' language used in NLP?

mnehr-

One of the outbound call centers I represent has used it regularly. I cannot post his name and number on this board but feel free to contact me and I will be happy to arrange a conference call to discuss.
